At Webooz, we strive to deliver exceptional quality and complete client satisfaction. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms for all services including web design, development, SEO, digital marketing, and digital products.
1. Project Cancellation by Client
Before Work Begins
If you cancel your project before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment made, minus a 5% processing fee.
After Work Has Begun
If you cancel after work has started:
- Up to 25% completion: 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.
- 25%-50% completion: 25% of the advance payment will be refunded.
- Beyond 50% completion: No refund is applicable. You will be invoiced for all work completed at the agreed rates.
The completion percentage is determined by Webooz based on the agreed project milestones and deliverables.
After Project Delivery
Once the final project has been delivered and approved (or after the review period has expired without feedback), no refund is applicable.
2. Cancellation by Webooz
In rare circumstances, Webooz may cancel a project due to:
- Client non-cooperation or failure to provide required materials for more than 30 days.
- Non-payment of due invoices beyond 15 days of the due date.
- Requests that involve illegal, unethical, or harmful content.
In such cases, payment for completed work will be retained, and any excess advance will be refunded within 15 business days.
3. Recurring Services (SEO, Maintenance, Marketing)
- Monthly recurring services can be cancelled with 15 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.
- Payments for the current billing period are non-refundable.
- Annual plans cancelled mid-term will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused months, minus a 10% early termination fee.
4. Digital Products (AI Prompt Vault, etc.)
For digital product purchases:
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products.
- If you are not satisfied with the product, email us at support@webooz.in within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- After 30 days, refunds are not applicable for digital products.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Domain & Hosting Services
- Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered, as this is a third-party service.
- Hosting fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis if cancelled within the first 30 days. After 30 days, hosting fees are non-refundable.
6. Refund Process
To request a cancellation or refund:
- Send an email to support@webooz.in with your project/order details.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our cancellation or refund decision:
- Contact our customer support team to discuss the matter.
- We will attempt to resolve the issue amicably within 7 business days.
- If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to arbitration under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu.
